Clean fuels come in many types, but the most advanced today is Bioethanol. Bioethanol is made from corn and other food products. Today, many cars can actually run on both gasoline and Bioethanol. The cars can use each fuel separately or as a mixture. Bioethanol is a very clean fuel as far as the environment is concerned.
